Hi, I’m Carmen Cassell Dillinger, and I’m on a transformative journey as an Energy Healer and Reiki Master . My passion lies in harnessing the power of nature, spending cherished moments with my family, and immersing myself in the world of books and dance.
My life’s mission is to uplift, educate, inspire, and bring smiles to people’s faces. As a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Spiritual Coach, I’ve discovered the profound healing potential within ourselves.
My personal story is one of resilience. Having faced early challenges, including the loss of my father to suicide at the age of 7 and the trauma of molestation by a family member, I struggled with anxiety, self-love, and self-worth. These experiences led to destructive patterns and a
search for love in all the wrong places. I turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism, resulting in deteriorating mental and physical health.
However, my life took a profound turn when I discovered the incredible world of chakras, meditation, sound healing, and reiki. These practices became my guiding light, transforming my existence. I found healing, joy, and a newfound appreciation for life. I no longer needed alcohol to find release or happiness. Instead, I broke free from negative patterns and discovered a profound love for myself and the world around me.

Here, ritual meets restoration — with touch, sound, energy work, and intentional care woven into every experience. This space was born from Taurus medicine: slow, sensual, grounded, nurturing. It’s an invitation to come home to your body… to breathe deeper… to feel safe enough to receive.
