About Carmen
Hi, I’m Carmen Cassell Dillinger, and I’m on a transformative journey as an Energy Healer and Reiki Master . My passion lies in harnessing the power of nature, spending cherished moments with my family, and immersing myself in the world of books and dance.
My life’s mission is to uplift, educate, inspire, and bring smiles to people’s faces. As a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Spiritual Coach, I’ve discovered the profound healing potential within ourselves.
My personal story is one of resilience. Having faced early challenges, including the loss of my father to suicide at the age of 7 and the trauma of molestation by a family member, I struggled with anxiety, self-love, and self-worth. These experiences led to destructive patterns and a
search for love in all the wrong places. I turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism, resulting in deteriorating mental and physical health.
However, my life took a profound turn when I discovered the incredible world of chakras, meditation, sound healing, and reiki. These practices became my guiding light, transforming my existence. I found healing, joy, and a newfound appreciation for life. I no longer needed alcohol to find release or happiness. Instead, I broke free from negative patterns and discovered a profound love for myself and the world around me.
The Heart behind Taurean Trinity
Carmen is the person behind the work. Her public profile describes her as an energy healer who works with Reiki, Huna, sound healing, oracle card readings, spiritual coaching, and spiritual weddings. She also identifies herself as a Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, and Sound Healing Facilitator.
The Taurean Trinity practitioner approach is not about telling you who to be. It is about making room for you to hear yourself, feel supported, and choose what comes next.
Welcome to Taurean Trinity
Taurean Trinity is a sacred sanctuary for nervous system softening, soul remembrance, and beauty that starts at the root. Here, ritual meets restoration — with touch, sound, energy work, and intentional care woven into every experience. This space was born from Taurus medicine: slow, sensual, grounded, nurturing. It’s an invitation to come home to your body… to breathe deeper… to feel safe enough to receive.
What Taurean Trinity Healing Means Here
Taurean Trinity healing is a simple name for spiritual and holistic practices that may support rest, reflection, intention, and a stronger sense of connection. It is not a promise to fix a health problem.
The work may include quiet Reiki, sound, meditation, Huna, coaching, group circles, or spiritual ceremony. The right choice depends on what you want from the experience.
Taurean Trinity Ohio
Taurean Trinity has a Central Ohio presence. Public listings connect the brand with Pataskala and Canal Winchester, while the SEO service-area plan includes several nearby cities and counties.
Because online location information is not fully consistent, contact Taurean Trinity before an in-person visit. This keeps the experience clear and helps you know where and how your session will take place.
A Warm, Open Spiritual Style
Carmen’s public brand voice is centered on love, light, and helping people reconnect with themselves. That makes the experience easy to enter even when you are new to spiritual wellness.
You do not have to use certain beliefs or know special terms. Questions are welcome. Clear consent, comfort, and personal choice should come first.
What Taurean Trinity Is Not
Taurean Trinity is not a replacement for a doctor, therapist, counselor, or other licensed health professional. Spiritual and holistic services can sit beside professional care, not take its place.
